The fine print, in plain words
None. Listing an asset, chatting with the agent, receiving offers and asking questions are all free. The fee applies only to a settled trade or a completed consultation.
The escrowed amount is refunded in full and no marketplace fee is retained. Fees are captured at settlement, so a rollback returns both parties to where they started.
So that an expert's quoted rate is the rate they actually receive. It keeps pricing honest for experts and makes the total cost visible to the buyer before the meter starts.
Consultation payouts settle once the session clears, typically the same day. Exchange payouts settle after the buyer's confirmation window closes, which is up to 24 hours for transferable tickets and up to 72 hours for physical goods requiring handover.
